Refund & Replacement Policy
We only accept replacement requests for products that arrive with physical damage. All other returns, exchanges, or refunds (including change of mind) are not accepted.
Reporting damaged items
You must report any physical damage within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team at 8872609314. Include your order number, photos of the damaged item, and photos of the packaging.
Return of damaged product
If a damaged item is approved for replacement, you will be instructed how to return the product. Please keep all original packaging and accessories.
Replacement timeline Once we receive the returned damaged product, a replacement will be processed and shipped within 2–3 business days.
Shipping costs
If the damage claim is approved, we will cover return shipping and replacement shipping costs. If not approved, you will be responsible for any return shipping.
Inspection and approval All damage claims are subject to inspection. Approval is at our discretion based on the evidence provided and the returned item.
Limitations
- Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
- Damage caused by misuse, improper care, or unauthorized repair is not eligible for replacement.
- Items lost in transit must be reported separately and may be subject to carrier investigation.
